Margaret Durbas, AHC, E-RYT 500, founded Journey of Yoga LLC in 2004 to inspire health and happiness through the practice of Yoga and Ayurveda. Margaret is a NAMA certified Ayurveda Health Counselor and has been working with Ayurveda since 2012; she has studied Functional Nutrition and continues to do so. Her yoga classes are inspired by Ayurveda and students benefit from nutritional and lifestyle guidelines as well as learning poses that provide balance to their constitutions. After a successful run in the corporate world, Margaret reassessed her values and decided to pursue a career that was more in line with helping others to be healthy and happy. She finds this work extremely rewarding and meaningful.
