The Simsbury Community for Care is pleased to present our first IN PERSON program since 2020!
Please join us for a program on Alzheimer's and Aging on Wednesday, May 18th in the Friends Program room, 6:30-7:30 pm. Esther Pearl, program director, Alzheimer's Association/Connecticut chapter will present "The Ten Warning Signs of Alzheimer's."  Esther is a skilled and engaging educator who brings her knowledge and personal experience to help families and caregivers to understand warning signs, detection, and how to move forward in getting a diagnosis and support.  Bring your questions.
