Event Details
Join us for an interactive, youth-led workshop focused on building healthy relationships and raising awareness about teen dating violence. Guided by trained staff from Interval House, this session creates a safe, inclusive space where teens can learn, share, and ask questions at their own pace.
Participants will explore topics such as:
- Types of abuse (physical, verbal/emotional, sexual, digital, and stalking)
- Healthy vs. unhealthy relationship traits
- Boundaries and consent
- Self-love and self-care
- Identifying support and accessing help
This open-format workshop uses guided discussions, games, activities, and short videos to encourage collaboration and engagement. By meeting teens where they are, the program honors their voices, experiences, and perspectives while providing practical tools for building respectful, healthy relationships. Free lunch provided from Raising Cane's. Intended for Grades 7-9. Registration is required.
