Starting your flower and vegetable plants from seed can bring more variety, and very healthy plants, to your garden. All it requires is knowing what to start from seed, when to start your seeds, and how to start them for the greatest chance of success. This workshop will give you tips from a Master Gardener who starts her own vegetables (especially tomatoes)
and flowers (both perennial and annual) from seeds. Marigold seeds, and some other perennial flower seeds, will be available for you to take home to use in your garden this year.
