Join Andrea McKay from YDF Center- A Yoga & Dance Studio for an Introduction to Belly Dance Workshop! Belly Dance is a highly expressive, energizing and empowering form of movement that will burn calories and tone your body. Participants will learn more about belly dancing through basic dance foundations, dance drills, fun combinations, and an introduction to dancing with belly dance props! All ages, shapes, and sizes are welcome. No prior dance experience is required.
