We welcome newborns and infants for our interactive program of rhymes, songs, lap bounces, and books for babies. For babies who are not yet walking and their caregivers.

Bring your baby to our drop-in playgroup which immediately follows our Born to Read program. Stay for bubbles, conversation with other caregivers, and social tummy time.

Get ready for rhymes, shakers, and songs designed for curious toddlers. Focus will be on a familiar structure to each meeting, so little ones can listen, follow directions, and have lots of fun!

Marie Lim and her guitar present a fun-filled music and movement program. Come sing songs, make music, and move to the beat!

Join us for a program of lap bounces, songs with movement, and books designed for older babies who have begun walking up to 24 months. 

Hola Bebé is a Spanish language storytime. Speakers of all languages are welcome to join us for stories, songs and rhymes. Whether you already speak Spanish or want to learn something new, this is a fun program for all.

The Friday English Conversation Club provides a welcoming atmosphere for English as a second-language speakers to participate in lively back-and-forth conversation. Meet and get to know others who are also adjusting to life in the U.S.

Took Spanish in high school and want to refresh your language skills? Our lively group meets weekly to speak Spanish and discuss various language customs. New members are always welcome.

Welcome to the world of 3D printing! 3D printing can be intimidating if you are new to it, but it is easier than you think!

Spend your lunch with the Library and join our newest daytime book club for community and conversation! Hosted by librarians and community partners, we'll read books featuring a diversity of authors and experiences. All are welcome!

The Norwalk Gamer Symphony Orchestra will join us for our first Music in the Afternoon of the '23-24 year. NGSO is an audition-free community orchestra based in Norwalk, Connecticut.

Game on at the library! Every week, we'll try out a different game. We run the gamut from video games like Mario Kart to board games like Exploding Kittens. For grades 7-12. 

Join us to decorate your own SPL flying disc to take home and play with outside. 

Join Mary and Mika for the new Tween Club where we'll hang out in the Weatogue Room and do something fun. This month we'll be playing board games!

Join us at the library to build with LEGOs.

Kids will hand sew their own felt cuddle bear using a needle, thread, and creativity. This is a 2-session project to complete a single bear and children must attend both sessions.
