Program Description

Event Details

The Hold Onto Hope Program is a free, virtual support group for anyone navigating life after losing a loved one to suicide. Whether your loss was recent or years ago, this space was created to help you feel less alone. We typically host this webinar twice a month virtually, but we’re especially excited to bring it LIVE to our Simsbury community for this special gathering.

Each session is designed to support individuals in addressing the stigma surrounding suicide and how it affects the grieving process, debunking common myths, and exploring difficult emotions through open conversation and reflective journaling.

Participants are also encouraged to identify their own needs as survivors—whether they’re looking for resources, peer support, or simply a place to feel seen. Whether you’re grieving, supporting someone who is, or trying to understand what healing can look like, Hold Onto Hope offers a gentle space to begin or continue your journey, one step at a time.
