Feeling stressed and anxious about end of the year school projects and exams? Take a break and do some yoga to reset your mind! Journey of Yoga will teach us how to recenter ourselves. Practice some self care and sign up today!
You'll want to wear comfortable clothing you can move and bring a water bottle and yoga mat.
If it rains, the event will move inside to the Friends of the Library Program Room.
