Event Details

Rivers flowing north in New England are rare. One of the best examples is right here in Simsbury, a historically wonderful place to live, work, and visit. A combination of factors blocked the Farmington River south of Simsbury, and in this program, Howard Wright, Renbrook School Science Department Chair may have you seeing Simsbury’s landscape in a very different way.

A presentation in partnership with the Simsbury Public Library, Lower Farmington River and Salmon Brook Wild and Scenic, and Simsbury Historical Society.
