Event Details

In September, Iranian security personnel killed a young woman named Mahsa Amini.  After her death, enraged citizens began to organize protests throughout the country.  With numerous people currently mobilized against the Iranian regime,  there have been calls for the United States to work behind the scenes to strengthen the resistance movement. This lecture will identify the reasons why Washington should refrain from launching a major clandestine initiative in the future.
