Interested in learning to hula hoop for fitness and fun? No time to take regular hula hoop classes? Come join me for this 75 minute workshop where you will learn foundational exercises and movements for hoop fitness and dancing. The goal of this workshop is to learn hoop basics in a judgment-free zone alongside other beginners. This workshop will cover broad application-based concepts such as on-body hooping, off-body hooping, planes, transitions and more. Specific, beginner friendly moves will be taught in the form of a combo that participants can walk away with and begin practicing in their free time. There will be time for one-on-one instruction at the end of class if any students have specific questions!
