Meet the Maker with Kim Hoàng Wood at le Bánh Patisserie at their Simsbury location and learn how to make 3 versions of Vietnamese Coffee!  

Blending together Kim’s passion for French pastries and her Vietnamese culture, le Bánh was born from the Vietnamese word bánh, meaning "cake". Vietnamese coffee is another one of these blends, so come learn the art of making all 3 versions.

There is a $5 materials fee (cash-only) for this class. Please bring this with you on the day of the program. Registration will be limited to adults-only for this workshop. Be aware that the coffees are highly caffeinated and should not be consumed on an empty stomach or by anyone that is sensitive to caffeine.
