A Memory Cafe is a relaxed, social gathering for people experiencing memory loss, early stage dementia or a cognitive impairment. Together, the Simsbury Senior Center and the Simsbury Public Library will be holding several Memory Cafes throughout 2023.
Tully Meyer from McLean Home Care and Hospice will show you how to make your own Therapy Putty. She will also review exercises with handouts from McLean’s therapy department that highlight ways to strengthen dexterity and keep wrists limber with regular putty use.
