Join Chef Chris Prosperi from Metro Bis as he creates a prosciutto and pea risotto with pea cakes in the Library!

Chef will be cooking on the Library's new mobile kitchen cart, funded in part by our wonderful Friends of the Simsbury Public Library. Chef will share his recipes with the audience and all ages are welcome at the event.
