It is easy to access the meditative state when remembering what we cherish. We remember and are able to access what it felt like to hear a favorite song from high school, or we can relive the feelings of pleasure evoked by the smell of baking cookies or salty sea air. We have countless examples of experiences and moments we love to recall.
