Living with habits that hurt instead of help? It all comes down to conscious pattern recognition of the rhythms that support and the ones that don't seem to. Join us for anatomy of a habit and the physiology of chronic pain. We’ll explore the powers at play in finding, re-figuring and rewiring patterns in the bodymind. And as far as tools that help? They may be easier to use than you think.

Elise Cusimano holds a masters in Health and Wellness Coaching with a concentration in Integrative Practices (M.A), a bachelors in Kinesiology (B.A), and is board certified by the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaches (NBC-HWC). As a teacher of yoga, meditation and as a soon-to-be Yoga Therapist, she weaves modern science and ancient wisdom together in her larger work of advancing health equity.
