We welcome newborns and infants for our interactive program of rhymes, songs, lap bounces, and books for babies. For babies who are not yet walking and their caregivers.
Our new Morning Knitting Group is a welcoming space for knitters of all levels to gather, share ideas, and enjoy the art of knitting together.
This program provides background information and policy options for the eight most critical issues facing America each year and serves as the focal text for discussion groups across the country. Topics for discussion this year include:
Bring your baby to our drop-in playgroup which immediately follows our Born to Read program. Stay for bubbles, conversation with other caregivers, and social tummy time.
Get cozy at the Library on a Simsbury Public Schools no school day. We'll serve pizza and popcorn and watch KPop Demon Hunters in the FSPL Program Room. PJs and comfy clothes are encouraged!
Drop by the Teen Space for a crafty time! Twice a month we will try out a different craft. This week we are going to use lino cutters to carve erasers into stamps. Bring your creativity!
All supplies provided. For Grades 7-12.
Join us for an enjoyable evening with the French Conversation group.
We will explore new cuisines each month, share techniques and expand our culinary skills. At this meeting, we will have cookbooks and information available to discuss the cuisine we will be cooking for next month.
Based on a different prompt each month, local adult poets will write poems to share with the group for constructive feedback.
