Stop by the Children’s Room to pick up a craft or activity each Saturday during the Summer Reading Program. First come, first served while supplies last.

We welcome newborns and infants to join us on the Library Lawn for our interactive program of rhymes, songs, lap bounces, and books for babies. For babies who are not yet walking and their caregivers.

Do you have what it takes to delve into the Lost Mines of Phandelver?! This is a 7-week beginner D&D game. You will learn how to create a level one character in the first session. All materials will be provided for you. 

Marie Lim and her guitar present a fun-filled music and movement program on the Library Lawn. Come sing songs, make music, and move to the beat!

Join us on the Library Lawn for a creative art activity for kids. This week we are making 3D construction paper art.

Join instructor Pam Palmer in the Library's Innovators' Workshop on how to use the sewing machine. Guidance will be provided on basic sewing machine techniques and how to create simple items. This class does not teach you how to sew.

Adventure awaits for beginner D&D players in our afternoon session! You will learn how to create your own character and then play in a 7-week campaign. This program will be in the Teen Space, and is for rising 7-12 graders.

Join Ms. Julie to learn to play the ukelele in this beginner class for kids! Instruments and supplies will be provided for the class. 

This is an in-person INDOOR program.

Location: This program will be held outside on the lawn of the Avon Free Public Library.

This Teen Maker Monday we are making Cardboard Creations! Want to make a castle for your pet? Create anime armor? Make Minecraft cosplay? You bring your imagination and we'll supply the materials.
