Lifestyle Medicine focuses on preventive healthcare and self-care in dealing with prevention and treatment for many common medical conditions. In this second session, presenter Kathleen Olchowski will cover:

Kathleen Olchowski holds a BS in Health and FItness and has been a Registered Nurse for 10 years, currently working at Middlesex Hospital on the cardiac floor. As a Lifestyle Medicine Health Coach, she is passionate about empowering people in understanding and taking an active part in disease prevention.
