Tune-in on Tuesdays at noon, March through April, for an immersive blend of movement and nervous system support suitable for seated participation at a desk or at home. Our practice is purely experiential and fully guided as we tap into techniques to support the mind and body. Come rest and relax in community, camera on or off - all can participate to the degree desired. No experience in yoga or meditation required.
