We welcome newborns and infants to join us on the Library Lawn for our interactive program of rhymes, songs, lap bounces, and books for babies. For babies who are not yet walking and their caregivers.

Join us on the Library Lawn for a program of rhymes, songs and books for older babies who have begun walking. This program is designed for children who are walking up to 24 months

Marie Lim and her guitar present a fun-filled music and movement program on the Library Lawn. Come sing songs, make music, and move to the beat! 

Join us on the Library Lawn for this music-filled program. Toddlers and their caregivers will be actively engaged in listening, moving, having fun, and burning off some energy in a thoughtfully structured environment.

Children ages 1-6 and their caregivers are welcome to join us for playtime in the Children's Room and a mini drop-in craft in the Discovery Center.

Took Spanish in high school and want to refresh your language skills? Our lively group meets weekly to speak Spanish and discuss various language customs. New members are always welcome. Please register for Zoom Link.

Dylan Napoleone's "Bass Fishing in CT" seminar is designed to help fishermen of all ages and experience levels effectively fish local waters. The seminar is extremely beneficial and informative to all.

Geek out and watch Anime! Sometimes we also do some Anime type crafting and gaming. 

Mason, a Simsbury High School student, is available every Wednesday from 3-5 pm to help you with technology issues.

Join us to celebrate National Poetry Month and to create collage poetry. 

This is an in-person INDOOR program. 

For students in grades 2-6 interested in learning to play chess or improving their chess game. Students should know how the chess pieces move before their first visit.

Join Ms. Hilary for hands-on creative sewing with needle and thread. We'll learn basic skills and stitches and then get creative with a variety of fabrics and craft supplies.

Drop and play some games! Every week we will focus on learning to play a different game. A variety of games are showcased from board games to video games. Examples of games played: Mario Kart, Jackbox Party Packs, Sagrada, Dominion, and more!

Math and art collide when you use the tangram pieces to create cool designs. Kids will move to each station to challenge themselves to re-create different animals, objects, and more! 

Great Decisions is America's largest discussion program on world affairs. The program involves reading the Great Decisions book and meeting in a group to discuss the most critical global issues facing America today.

Based on a different prompt each month, local adult poets will write poems to share with the group for constructive feedback. 

What do you know about the bees in your backyard? Pam Cooper, UConn Home and Garden Education Center and lecturer for the Master Garden program, will present a program on bees that are commonly encountered in the wild and in our backyards.
